Home Presale:
Prepare home for sale: organize, remove clutter, pack non essentials, minor repairs, clean, and decorate.
Open House and Appraisal:
organize, clean and stage for presentation day. May be done several times to keep updated, fresh, and clean during time on the market.
Moving:
Pack non essentials, organize moving day, help move small items, Stay and clean the old house after the move. You go to the new location.
New Home:
Clean new home, unpack, and organize household items.
Foreclosure:
Remove clutter, pack non essentials, minor repairs, and follow up after move from home.
Details of move to be worked out at time of vacancy.
Services may be contracted by hour, single service, full service, or total project.
All real estate services must have contract and fees accessed before start of the project
